Old Timey Casting is seeking British, Dragoon, Continental, & Civilian impressions for an upcoming miniseries about Thomas Jefferson.
MINISERIES
“THOMAS JEFFERSON”
Reenactor Casting: Guy William Gane III
Shoot Dates: July & September, 2022
Shoot Location: Philadelphia, PA area
Rate: $200 (Soldiers). Additional bump for Mounted w/horse (if needed)
SEEKING:
YOUNG THOMAS JEFFERSON – 14-early 20s, Male. Caucasian. RED HAIR a plus, but not necessary. THIS IS CONSIDERED A PRINCIPAL ROLE! This role has lines. Pay is different than for reenactors.
BRITISH DRAGOONS – 18-50s, Male. Caucasian. Thin to athletic builds needed. Clean shaven. These soldiers will be a part of a tavern scene and a montage of raiding various buildings. Must have full kit – uniform, pistol/musket, accoutrements. Horse & tack not necessary, but if you have one, please note that in the sign-up sheet. Work Horses not needed for all days. Setting is Aldx Shoots on July 20, 2022 without Horses.
BRITISH SOLDIERS – 18-40s, Male. Caucasian. Thin to athletic builds needed. Clean shaven. These soldiers will be a part of a marching column montage. Dates to be determined soon. Must have full kit – uniform, musket, accoutrements. Works multiple days of filming in September.
CONTINENTAL SOLDIERS – 18-40s, Male. Caucasian. Thin to athletic builds needed. Clean shaven. These soldiers will be a part of a montage doing various duties. Dates to be determined soon. Must have full kit – uniform, musket, accoutrements. Works one day of filming in September.
CIVILIANS – 16 – 70s, Male & Female. Caucasian & African American. Thin to athletic builds needed. These Civilians will be seen crossing camera, standing in a crowd or given specific duties. Dates to be determined soon. Must have full kit! We will NOT have extra clothing for you. Women must have all the proper underpinnings, etc. Men must be clean shaven. No exceptions. Shoots in July and September.
